In our branch of factories, we own over 2000 set of knitting machine. Most of these is the manual machine. In 2005, we developed to use some auto loading machine. The advantage of auto loading machine is that we can make the straight style easily, and we own the 12GG and 7GG knitting machines in Zhongshan, China. In addition, we’ve used the computerized knitting machine since 2005. The machines can make the most complex style, such as cable, intrsia, etc. Up to now, we own the 12GG and 7GG computerized machine. However, we will develop 14GG and 3GG computerized knitting machines in the future.

We have a systemized washing room in Zhongshan and Cambodia. We also owned the large quantity of washing machine and drier in our washing room. In order to make the piece dyed product. We developed the dying system in our washing room. Hence, we can have more changing in the color of the product. In our dying system, we owned different size of dye vat with maximum size of 800L. in addition, we owned the hanging dye vat, which can dye 400 piece product meanwhile. Hence, we can make more complex color pattern in the product.
